Creative Coaching

Because making art with a 9:5 is brutal.

Balancing creativity with full-time work is a creative act in itself. It’s a puzzle where you try to manage time, energy, mental space, and life.

I focus on working with developing artists, creators, and aspiring studio heads who work full-time in other roles. Here’s how we’ll dig in:

Personal Coaching

I’ve spent most of my career working as a psychotherapist, and understand mental health is a huge part of creativity. So are important logistics like time management, carving out physical space for creative work, and managing limited energy after a long day of work. We can talk about it all.

Project management

Before we even think about goals, let’s clarify your values and priorities. Decide what you will accomplish, and how you’ll get there. Then, with accountability, you’ll create consistently, focusing on what matters most. Over time, you’ll connect regularly with others by sharing work that feels essential to your life.

collaboration

I’m always available to extend our collaboration by producing/mixing your musical project. Learn more about my work as a producer.

Or, I can introduce you to collaborators that match well with you. Working alone is a recipe for burnout.
